Main responsibilities:
- To deal with IHG internal programs (staff productivity)
- Budgeting (payroll budget and forecasting)
- Managing the employee relations function and ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures
- 1C Staff records administration and processing
- Implementing and developing new projects set by Director of HR
Requirements:
- Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
- Knowledge of MS Office, 1C Staff program
- Work experience as HR Specialist or any relevant position
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
- Potential candidate should possess strong analytical skills, flexibility and positive attitude to life
