A7 CONFERENCES (#1 business events organizer in Ukraine) is looking for a Junior Business Events Project Manager (Kyiv office) to support the organization high-profile business corporate events in Ukraine and abroad.

Requirements

  • Higher education (economics/pr/finance/management/marketing)
  • 2+ years of working experience in B2B events management is a must
  • Proven track record of successful 3+ profitable events is a must (profitable means US$15,000+ net profit per one event)
  • Experience of international events would be a plus
  • Fluent or Upper-intermediate English is a must
  • Passion for events organization
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Multitasking, ability to work effectively under pressure, within tough deadlines and to solve unforeseen situations as they arise in a calm manner
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive life position, high attention to details
  • Commitment to results, business savvy, and leading change
  • Strong MS Office skills (special focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 3+ proven positive references

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Manager in A7’s event management operations ensuring their high quality (TOP#1 Priority): turn-key execution of top-tier business events in Ukraine (including research and communication with speakers, sponsors, participants, suppliers and partners, budgeting, development and follow-up of the events timelines, milestones and deliverables control, presentations development, etc);
  • Support of the Sales Department in searching for sponsors, participants and partners of the events (database is provided) (TOP#2 Priority);
  • Control all projects team’s tasks fulfillment (including task management system and CRM) (TOP#3 Priority);
  • Ensure profitability of A7’s projects; develop new products and projects;
  • Search for new opportunities for A7’s growth and development;
  • Conference service market analysis (volume, structure, dynamics, trends, competitors);
  • Close cooperation with A7 CAPITAL’s and A7 CREATIVE’s teams (if needed).

Trial period

  • 2 months

Salary level

  • Competitive remuneration package (salary plus performance-based incentive system)
  • Commission bonuses from all attracted sponsors, participants, and clients

Schedule

  • Normal work time from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday - Friday, although overtime may be required during busy periods
