As we continue to scale our Growth Marketing globally we are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role you will lead the testing, optimization, and measurement of campaigns to drive growth for GeoZilla globally.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead app install campaigns on Google, Apple, and Facebook

  • Test new and innovative areas of growth for our apps

  • Implement a testing strategy to improve the performance of your campaigns

  • Ensure all relevant tracking is in place to measure the effectiveness of your initiatives

  • Report then optimize, repeat

Who you are:

  • Experience operating $100K+ monthly budgets for mobile UA

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

  • Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts

Key skills for success:

  • Ability to work with a distributed team and drive effective performance

  • Passion and tenacity for solving problems through creativity and resourcefulness

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Direct and clear approach to communication
