Softevol is looking for UX/UI Designer to join Kyiv team on full-time basis. We need the person with creative thinking, desire to develop and be a professional of the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in prototyping, Axure, InvisionApp, sketches

  • Knowledge of modern UI trends and passion to implement modern approaches into design project

  • 3+ years experience in UX/UI design

  • Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application;

  • Ability to quickly sketch ideas in different styles, produce and present final results and be open to constructive critique;

  • Understanding of HTML & CSS limitations;

  • Being flexible in design solutions and able to elaborate unique design styles that would suit each particular project and its specifics.

Specialized knowledge:

  • English intermediate level or higher;

  • Knowledge of Usability and UX principles;

  • Knowledge of modern UI design approaches for Web interfaces

  • Ability to work in Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma (or any similar prototyping tool, could be discussed)

  • Ability to work with InvisionApp as delivery and discussion platform

  • Ability to do fast sketches or hand drawing in order to visualize basic concepts fast

  • Experience in working and creation of the design-related documentation, such as User Journey maps, User personas, User stories, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements; understand business goals, user's behavior, needs and problems;

  • Estimate the design, prototyping and usability research efforts for potential projects;

  • Deliver final version of approved prototypes to developers team

  • Present results to stakeholders and team, conduct design sessions, daily calls;

  • Collaborate closely with customers, business analysts, developers and other team members to create consistent, engaging user experiences;

  • Stay abreast of trends in design, technology, and user experience, share your knowledge with others.
