Responsibilities:

  • Fundamental research of the relevant markets / industries;
  • Creating presentations for internal and potential debt/equity investors;
  • Participation in building comprehensive financial models of various corporates and / or financial institutions;
  • Participation in equity / debt raising projects, and M&A projects;
  • Assisting due dilligence processes;
  • Searching for buying opportunities in markets of presence

Requirements:

  • High education (economic, financial);
  • Relevant experience of 1 - 3 years in Big-4, investment banking, financial institutions;
  • Strong quantitative and financial analytical skills and knowledge;
  • MS PowerPoint proficiency;
  • MS Excel practical knowledge and ability to structure and build complex financial models / business plans;
  • Fluent English.
