- Carry out the company's resolutions, orders, instructions and other local regulatory acts, as well as the orders and instructions issued by State Inspectorate and other supervisory authorities, and the resolutions issued by the company's Health, Safety and Environment committee.
- Assure all PLs assets and inventory movements are recoded in JDE.
- Advice PL within the WCG on invoicing procedures within JDE.
- Assist and train all PL supervisors in JDE process.
- Ensure that employees of product lines use revised and controlled documents, forms of QHSE.
- Administering client accounts.
- Preparing reports for PM Manager.
- Provide Quality support to Tengiz as required or requested.
- Advise on all aspects of Risk Management within operations in relation to Service Quality risks:
- Ensure system in place to identify service quality hazards – set up and assist in the population of Risk Aspect Registers
- Set up Equipment Integrity Registers & assist product lines to implement improvement plans where required
- Assist PL in the development of Process Flow Diagrams;
- Controls are effectively applied to minimize Service Quality risks;
- Report on risk management performance to product line management.
Communication:
- Conduct monthly location Service Quality meetings in conjunction with location HSE Advisor;
- Attend & participate in PL & support function toolbox talks, etc.;
- Maintain communications throughout Weatherford for Service Quality;
- Provide interface with clients as/when necessary
- Keep up to date with Service Quality standards changes and share knowledge;
- Develop good lines of communication and working relationships with the product line personnel;
- Liaise with third party inspectors as & when required.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System within the product line:
- Compliance of L2 Standards and applicable ISO/API standards;
- Assist PL in the development of Service Quality Plans;
- Suggest changes to work practices to continually improve process;
- Work with Management:
- Monitor implementation of identified actions to facilitate improvement in service quality;
- Develop status reports in relation to outstanding actions.
- Follow up on incidents, CPAR and NCR:
- Support PLs in investigations of all Service Quality incidents;
- Discuss incidents, CPAR and NCR’s with Supervisors/Managers;
- Provide guidance on CPАR, NCR and incident investigation;
- Identify trends and root cause;
- Advise on effective root cause analysis.
- OEPS:
- Promote the Operational Excellence & Performance Systems;
- Facilitate the product line with Operational & Management Review meetings.
- Deputize for other team members within the Service Quality team, when necessary.to set up Corrective Action Teams;
- Ensure that production facilities and equipment is operated in strict compliance with approved production procedures, operating modes and rules.
- Provide technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets under responsibility of the department.
- Take measures to prevent conditions facilitating theft and destruction of equipment and other assets of the department, ensure that decommissioned field equipment is timely dismantled and stacked to the protected areas (facilities).

- Monitor the accounting for the movement of equipment and inventory in accordance with the requirements of the Kazakhstan laws and the Company's Policies.
- Carry out other instructions of the executive, which are directly or indirectly related to main activities and operations of the department.

Technical bachelor’s degree;
Auditing Experience;
Product Line Knowledge.

Engineering qualification – Minimum HND.

Good English & Russian language skills;
Computer literate;
Good writing skills;
Willingness to develop.

Mechanical/Engineering Background;
Training skills.
