Honeywell is looking for Junior Buyer for indirect procurement, based in Lipetsk with following responsibilities:

·Placing purchase orders and manages changes to existing purchase orders.

·Dealing with invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the business stakeholders, supplier and Accounts Payable team.

·Initiation of supplier set up and changes on existing suppliers with relevant approval.

·Engaging in stakeholder & requisitioner communication aiming to improve understanding of indirect procurement processes and tools.

·Checking and validating expedited payment requests in accordance to current indirect procurement best practices.

·Active participating in AWPOT & MPO improvement activities (payment terms update at PO/Invoice and VC level).

·Driving implementation of automation opportunities for the assigned sites (new catalogs and value contracts).

·Supporting BAE execution via data gathering and strong colboration with all stakeholders.

·Maintaining a strong communication with suppliers.

·Conducting eAuctions for goods and services, ensuring best value offering to business.

·The buyer will ensure all tasks are carried out in line with indirect procurement policy and strategy.

Requirements for the role:

  • Min 1 year of indirect buying experience
  • Technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing
  • SAP as a plus
  • Planning, negotiations and agreements/contracts management
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Business Knowledge
  • Good understanding of English and another language is a plus
