We are online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10+ years, having a team of 14 people worldwide. We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing. We work in a unique way, more similar to trading than Amazon eCommerce, different then many eCommerce companies. We organize processes, so we can make a profit by being more efficient in shipping, logistics, and timing to get the best market prices for our products.
Our business is of Research, Data mining, and understanding margins and returns. We thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.
Now we are hiring a new Operations Assistant.
Who we are looking for a candidate with:
- English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions
- Excel skills (intermediate level)
- Love of numbers and mathematics
- Great computer skills, facility or willingness to learn new apps
- Multitasking person
- Loves accuracy and attentive to details
- Quick learner abilities
- Respect for deadlines
- Strong self-management skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:
- Tracking orders and update purchase sheet with orders information
- Working with catalogue and updating products information like dimensions, Weights, work with photos, organize photos on Google drive
- Products listing on amazon
- Making purchases for the company
- Creating shipments
- Update cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Alerts of listing changes
- Stock check in the evenings
We offer you:
Flexible working hours (only 4-5 hours per day overlap with the team working hours after your training period)
Competitive monthly salary of 700-850 USD
Possibility to work only evening hours (perfect for night owls)
Contract
Paid vacation (24 working days + 14 banking holidays)

Remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want
The job is a full time 40 hours a week. Initially, work hours should be similar to the Operations manager and owner of the company (US-based), for easier communication and training.
A 2-3 months trial period is envisaged for this position.
