Our company is a leader in blockchain technology with expertise in secure money transfer and DeFi prime brokerage. In contrast to traditional banking methods, clients remain in control of their assets and to whom and when it is assigned. Convexity currently has one major products - Oxygen.

Oxygen is an on-chain Defi prime brokerage protocol with OXY token that is now listed on the FTX, AscendX(Bitmax), Gate.io, Sushiswap and GOPAX. Combined with the wallet application that supports the Oxygen protocol, it provides a secure method for investing that was previously limited to banks, wealth management firms, and hedge funds. Oxygen is built on the liquid and growing Serum ecosystem and runs on Solana’s scalable blockchain.

We are looking for a talented Project\ Product Manager to develop and maintain our product Oxygen.org - a DeFi Prime Brokerage Protocol.

Requirements

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Help to define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Planning project resources
  • Assembling and leading project team up to 10-15 members
  • Preparing and facilitating sessions with team
  • Making and spreading tasks between team members
  • Analysis and continuous improvement of an existing product
  • Assist with development of feature lists, user stories and roadmaps
  • Identify, study and prioritise requirements

Bonus Points:

  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer (Node.js + Express)

  • dApp development experience, familiarity with web3

  • Experience with Solana is a big plus

  • Experience as an auditor of smart contracts

  • Experience in writing technical blogs
