Responsibility:
—To recruit, select and evaluate applicants. Interviewing candidates
—Search for new sources and methods for finding professional personnel
—The ability to draw up a professiogram for each individual vacant place, that is, it is good to know what personal and professional qualities a candidate for this or that position should have
—Planning for personnel needs in the near future and in the long term, creating a reserve of employees, as well as an operational search for the right specialists
—Knowledge of labor law, the basics of business communication, work with documents and competent both oral and written speech
—Drafting and execution of employment contracts, contracts and agreements, the formation and accounting of personal files of employees
—Develops programs for staff development, business career planning, training and advanced training, as well as in assessing the effectiveness of training
—Organization of internship programs, training, advanced training, certification of employees, development, organization and conduct of training, social programs
—He takes part in the adaptation of newly hired workers to production activities
—Motivation of company employees, finding an individual approach to them
—Monitoring compliance with the internal rules of the enterprise, taking part in the resolution of labor conflicts and disputes
—In addition, the possession of creative thinking, analytical mind, long-term and operational memory, as well as steady attention and observation
Requirements:
—Must criteria
—University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Law, Economics, Psychology or a similar field related to Human Resource
—Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of HR/OD
—Good knowledge of local labor law
—Experience in the field of Human Resources Development (especially in staff retention and training, recruitment, performance management)
—Good command of Russian & English, written and spoken.

—Social skills and the ability to get along with various types of people
—Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and high degree of discretion and confidentiality
