We have a great project and an impressive roster of ‘name-brand’ customers and we are now
looking to rapidly scale the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated technical
consultant to have a huge impact on the business.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant implementation consulting experience;
• Proven ability to understand and translate technology requirements into working
  technical solution;
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills
  with the ability to effectively communicate with customer technical resources and
  internal personnel;
• Tactical, creative, solutions-oriented thinker;
• Knowledge of agile and structured waterfall implementation techniques preferred;
• Experience in automated asset management software;
• Technical skills in Python, XML, JSON, and API Integrations;
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities:

• The Technical Consultant configures and creates technology connections to
  ensure correct data transfer between customer technologies and the project's
  customer solution;
• Work with the project team to achieve high client satisfaction and the ability to
  measure effectiveness of client solution to the Statement of Work;
• Configure and test standard product connectors/interfaces based on customer
  requirements;
• Understand customer technical footprint, create and test customized product
  connectors, capturing solutions for reusability;
• Create customer deliverables and documentation such as scripts, connectors,
  run instructions and error handling techniques to meet customer requirements and
  maximize project's value proposition;
• Establish and manage project's customer environment;
• Work with Project Manager in proactively managing customer requirements,
  timelines, expectations and change requests;
• Provide assistance to and ensure knowledge transfer of solution to identified
  customer project resources;
• Consistently use and improve delivery methodology and tools to maximize
  consulting effectiveness and help ensure accurate estimations;
• Stay current with the Development roadmap and learn new release offerings and
  functionality;
• Ensure accurate and timely administration of assigned projects including
  time/expense tracking and status reporting.
