Responsibilities:

  • Assist the ER team with the original reimbursement documentation review and collection
  • Communicate with the employees for any missing information or documentation.
  • Familiar with the company's expense reimbursement policy (Employee Reimbursement SOP), and be able to validate the hard copy receipt or invoice.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and functional specification documents.
  • Assist cross-department with tasks related to credit cards and expense management for the month-end close.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above preferably in accounting or finance-related field.

  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant systems technology.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious work relationships with staff,

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills.

  • Highly motivated and willing to accept changes & challenges

Terms:

  • Part-time work (2 days a week/ 8 hours);
  • Project since October 2022 till April 2023.
