We are looking for a shift lead in the support department of a young and ambitious iGaming company. Currently, we have around 500 people working in our dynamic company, and we all work closely together like family to achieve our goals. Main Duties:

  • Real-time process monitoring and management: The Shift Lead ensures seamless support service operation, tracking agent activity and performance during the shift. Fast reaction in Slack, with escalations/tickets and a number of operational tasks;
  • Service standards compliance: The Shift Lead ensures that all agents meet the company's quality standards in their interactions with customers and that his team meets the KPI’s????;
  • Conflict management and problem-solving: The Shift Lead helps resolve conflicts among team members and troubleshoots issues that may arise during the work process;
  • Maintaining team morale: The Shift Lead works to create a positive and productive work environment, mitigating negative influences and boosting team morale;
  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures: The Shift Lead ensures that all his team members are aware of and comply with corporate policies and procedures;
  • Participation in the hiring process: The Shift Lead may participate in the selection and hiring process for new agents, helping to identify suitable candidates;
  • Communication with senior management: The Shift Lead maintains communication with senior management, providing regular reports on the team's performance and notifying them of any issues or suggestions for improvement.

Additional Duties:

  • Task priority setting: The Shift Lead manages the distribution of work tasks and resources according to set priorities;

  • Conducting internal meetings and training: The Shift Lead can organize and conduct internal meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's performance;

  • Development and implementation of performance enhancement strategies: The Shift Lead can develop and implement new strategies and methodologies aimed at improving efficiency and customer service quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the customer service industry and/or in a team leader role;

  • Strong management and leadership skills;

  • ??????????????Excellent communication skills and ability to handle conflict situations effectively;

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it;

  • High level of responsibility and self-organization;

  • High level of English (at least B2 and above);

  • Willingness to work on a shift schedule. Work schedule 2/2/2 - ???????2 day shift / 2 days off / 2 night shift of 12 hours. Day shift: from 09:00 to 21:00 GMT+3, Night shift: from 21:00 to 09:00 GMT+3.
