As a Project Manager you are responsible for budgeting, preparation, financial reporting and safe execution of the assigned projects.
Furthermore and within the preconditions of the governing contract, you ensure the best possible operational and commercial performance.
You ensure adequate staffing and motivate / manage project personnel in such a way that optimum implementation and successful completion of the various projects is achieved.
All in all, you are assigned to manage every aspect of Heavy Lift, Construction and Transport projects up to the successful close-out of the project.
Special emphasize is given to following attributes:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the project execution plan, initiate and manage both internal and external processes by setting up a project organization which corresponds to the established company standards.
- Manage and direct operations in line with the Project Management practices and strictly complying with to the governing contractual conditions;
- Ensure that all operations are in compliance with SHE-Q standards and procedures, and lead by example in regard to safety awareness;
- Manage, motivate and support both operational field and office employee with the provided management tools, and guidelines;
- Monitor all project related financial processes and take appropriate actions on identify potential risk areas in line with financial and risk management guidelines;
- Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports and analyses in line with the reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master Degree or University Diploma in relevant qualification/discipline;
- PMI PMBOK certificate and experience with civil & mechanical construction is preferred;
- International Project Management experience >5 years is preferred;
- Proven records of successfully managed projects;
- Project Management, advanced understanding
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
