Hi!

We are a game development studio RedPill. We create AAA games in the innovative genres of NFT Metaverse, hyper-casual games, and battlers at the intersection of advanced blockchain and gamedev technologies.

We are now searching for a technical support specialist (moderator) for our games communities with knowledge or interest in the following: Web 3.0, Crypto, NFTs, blockchain gaming

There are day and night shifts distributed among the support specialists.

Our ideal mate:

• Has experience in moderating communities on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter

• Has experience in working with gaming/crypto communities

• Knows how to solve user technical problems (together with teammates)

• Worked with an international audience

• Fluent in written English

• Active user of social networks

a huge plus if:

• You know how to take responsibility for the result

• You love NFT and games

Tasks to be solved:

• Moderate the communities of RedPill (NFT) studio projects games - Chimeras and TrainCraft

• Maintain various activities to engage the audience

• Communicate with community members, maintain a positive atmosphere, and work with negativity

• Solve user technical issues (with the help of the team)

• Give user feedback to the team

• Interact with the moderation team and Community Manager (3 persons)
