Position: VoIP Technical Support Specialist
Location: USA (Remote)
About the Company:
The company provides VoIP services to customers in the USA. We have been in the industry since 2009 and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a VoIP Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess the following personal and technical qualifications:
Qualifications:
Excellent command of the English language
Personable and friendly demeanor
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting obligations efficiently
Basic knowledge of networking protocols and concepts, ability to configure end-user routers and firewalls
Job Description:
The VoIP Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone and email. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday support.
The role will involve troubleshooting IP phone issues, resetting to default, changing settings, and logging into customer desktops as needed. Don't worry If you don't have any experience in such role????. Training will be provided.
