Unilever is looking for Talent Sourсer!

If you have a start experience in recruiting, dream to work in an international company and you are not afraid of complex and creative tasks - join our bright talent management team!

Responsibilities:

• Find the best candidates, select and evaluate CVs, conduct interviews, support the talent partners’ team and independently manage end-to-end process;
• Analyze the market, determine together with Talent Partner a search strategy, methods and sources for searching candidates;
• Meetings’ schedule, keep records, prepare offers, etc .;
• Maintain and keep updated the internal database of candidates;
• Participate in various projects (for example, collaboration with universities, recruitment automation, participation in events for students, etc.)

Requirements:

• Higher education: minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent;

• Not less than 1 year experience in recruiting; experience in a recruiting agency as an analyst or researcher will be an advantage;
• Experience in filling vacancies in the FMCG field is desirable;
• Knowledge of different sources of candidates’ search;
• Experience in managing more than 5 vacancies of different levels at the same time;
• English upper-intermediate and above;
• Experienced user of MS Office;
• Desire to develop in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition;
• Excellent communication skills, flexible thinking, quick learning, self-organization, orientation on a result;
• An ability to work with a large amount of information.
